I've never liked salmon… turns out I was just being served bad fish! My friend got the salmon at Ember and Iton and made me try it. I've ordered it every time I go since! It is so delicious and flavorful! When I'm in the mood for salmon, or a great cocktail, I go to Ember!

Steak was perfectly done and tender. potatoes were crispy delicious. Had the cornbread appetizer with pepper jam, so amazing, i could@just eat it alone. luckily the waitress packed more for me in takeout box. wonderful food. wonderful staff. coming back to try burger with bacon jam!

Had this tonight and loved it. The beef is so tender and delicious. The grits were a little spicy but good. Loved the gremolata. I give it a 10.

The Scottish Salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. The rice and vegetables were a perfect complement. I would definitely recommend. The service was also impeccable.
